Sarvel also serves as a bridge between local talent and companies or entities, making it easier to find the right creatives for various projects and fostering professional and creative collaboration, opening new doors for artists to access job and creative opportunities.

The platform enables artists to share their digital artworks and interact with their audience, as well as connect with employers and artistic projects. Sarvel also hosts periodic art competitions that add a spirit of challenge and creativity, with the possibility of winning prizes when available, along with a leaderboard that encourages participants to continuously enhance their skills. By using the website, you agree to these terms and conditions governing your use of the platform's services.

2. Eligibility and Registration

• Users must be 17 years or older to use Sarvel services.
• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Sharing accounts with others or using another person's account without prior permission is prohibited.

3. Available Services

Sarvel offers users the ability to:

• Share artworks: Publish digital artworks and engage with the audience.
• Search for and post jobs: Find job opportunities in digital art and design and post available job openings.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Work

• Users retain full intellectual property rights to their artworks published on the platform. This means the user is the exclusive owner of the work, and ownership does not transfer to Sarvel upon upload.

License to the Platform

• When uploading artwork to Sarvel, the user grants the platform a non-exclusive (global and irrevocable) license to display, distribute, and use the work for promotional and display purposes within the platform only. This license does not transfer ownership rights but is a limited authorization for Sarvel to use the work according to the Terms of Service.

Sales and Related Conditions

Executing a Sale

• When a user sells their artwork through Sarvel (via their profile or any method provided by the platform), the transaction is subject to the platform's general terms and conditions.

Commissions and Fees

• Sarvel charges a commission on every sale made through the platform. The commission rate and other financial details vary based on the user's account type (e.g., free account, shared account, or premium account) and the platform's policies at the time of sale.

Agreement with the Buyer

• Once a sale is completed, a legally binding agreement is established between the seller (artist) and the buyer regarding the delivery of the product or usage rights in the case of digital products, in exchange for the agreed financial compensation.
• The seller is responsible for specifying all details related to delivery, granted rights, and any other conditions in the product description or during the sale process.
• Sarvel does not bear any responsibility for disputes that may arise between the seller and the buyer regarding the sale or its conditions.
• Users have the right to sell their artworks on or outside Sarvel based on conditions they set with the buyer. Upon completing the sale, users may agree with the buyer on transferring usage rights or full ownership rights as mutually agreed.
• Sarvel does not interfere in sales transactions or the transfer of rights between users, and the user is fully responsible for any transactions they conduct.

   • Any content that incites violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, or origin is strictly prohibited.
3. Fraudulent or Misleading Content
   • Includes impersonation, spreading false or misleading information, or any form of cyber fraud.
4. Spam and Unauthorized Advertisements
   • Posting unauthorized promotional content, including commercial ads, spam, or any form of disruptive digital marketing, is prohibited.
5. Prohibited Political Content
   • Posting any political content that violates Saudi laws and regulations or that may be used for incitement or illegal political activism is not allowed.
6. Illegal or Regulatory Violations
   • Includes any content that violates regulatory laws, criminal laws, or any rules governing internet usage in Saudi Arabia.
7. Content That Harms the Platform Environment
   • Any content that disrupts the creative community of Sarvel, including posts that incite disputes or aim to defame or harm others.

Sarvel reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice and may take additional actions, including suspending or deleting accounts that repeatedly violate the rules.

6. Compliance with Laws

• Users must comply with all laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia, including those set by the Saudi Content and Advertising Authority.
• Any content that violates governmental regulations may be removed without prior notice.
